NewsJayden Danns wins Premier League 2 Player of the Month award

The Reds striker delivered two assists for the U21s, as well as winning a penalty that was converted, during a memorable month on a personal level.

Danns also, of course, made his senior debut for the club, helping Jürgen Klopp’s men lift the Carabao Cup at Wembley and then scoring twice against Southampton at Anfield.

He saw off competition from seven other players to be chosen as the winner of the prize by the Premier League Football Development Panel.
