Diaz started and played 71 minutes of Colombia's 5-1 victory over the United States to extend their unbeaten run to 22 matches.
Alisson, meanwhile, was in goal for all of Brazil's 3-2 win against Mexico, which was decided by a 96th-minute goal from Endrick.
Brazil are next in action early on Thursday when they meet the USA, with Colombia facing Bolivia on Saturday.
