Roman Haug came up against Emma Koivisto's Finland on Friday and scored her nation's second goal of a 4-0 win.
The Liverpool FC Women striker played the opening 63 minutes before being withdrawn, while her Reds teammate Koivisto started and completed the contest.
Elsewhere, Ceri Holland came off the bench in the second half of Wales' 4-0 success at home to Croatia.
Marie Höbinger played all but the final few minutes for Austria as they were beaten 3-2 by Germany.
Jenna Clark, meanwhile, was an unused substitute for Scotland in their goalless draw away at Serbia.
