LFC WomenInternationals round-up: Höbinger assists as Reds feature in Nations League
Eight Liverpool FC Women players featured for their countries across Monday and Tuesday’s international fixtures.
In the UEFA Women’s Nation League on Tuesday, Marie Höbinger supplied an assist in Austria’s 2-1 away win versus Portugal.
The Reds midfielder set up the match’s deciding goal for Eileen Campbell before being withdrawn four minutes into added time.
Emma Koivisto helped Finland chalk up a 2-0 success away at Croatia, playing all but the final moments of the game, while Yana Daniels was a 74th-minute introduction from the bench in Belgium’s 3-2 victory against England.

Jenna Clark played the whole of Scotland’s 1-0 loss to the Netherlands at Hampden Park and Sophie Roman Haug clocked up just under an hour for Norway as they drew 0-0 in France.
On Monday, Missy Bo Kearns captained England U23s and played the full match as her team recorded a 2-0 win over Portugal in Manchester.
Mia Enderby was involved for England U19s as they defeated Czechia 1-0 in qualifying for the U19 European Championship. The Liverpool forward was brought on in the 58th minute of the game in Cardiff, though later had to leave the field due to an injury.
Sofie Lundgaard represented Denmark U23s, meanwhile, as they lost 1-0 against their Belgium counterparts.
