Gravenberch was the only one of the trio to depart the fixture - being replaced in minute 89 - as they played out a 1-1 draw with Poland.
In Group A, meanwhile, Florian Wirtz was involved in Germany’s 2-0 victory over Luxembourg, while Conor Bradley completed Northern Ireland’s 1-0 defeat by Slovakia.
In friendly action, Alexis Mac Allister featured for Argentina for 85 minutes in their 2-0 win versus Angola and Mohamed Salah started Egypt’s 2-0 loss against Uzbekistan.
At U21 level, Trent Kone-Doherty was selected in Republic of Ireland’s line-up as his country were beaten 2-0 by England in a European Championship qualifier.
And, for England U20s, Amara Nallo was a substitute in the second half as they played out a 1-1 draw with Japan.
