Danns captained the Young Lions and played 67 minutes, while Nallo completed the first half.
Goals in either half from Leo Black and Leon Chiwome were enough to see off the Dutch, with the win following a victory over Czechia and draw with Germany at the tournament in Spain.
England, for whom Trey Nyoni was an unused substitute against the Netherlands, therefore got to lift the trophy as overall winners.
Academy midfielder Kyle Kelly, meanwhile, earned his second senior cap – and first start – for St. Kitts and Nevis on Sunday night.
Kelly featured for all but the final moments of the game as St. Kitts and Nevis drew 0-0 with San Marino in a friendly played in Serravalle.
