For the latest Inside Training, our cameras were with Matt Beard's squad at the AXA Melwood Training Centre as they continued preparations for their next game.

That assignment will see the Reds host City in the Barclays Women's Super League on Sunday, with kick-off 3pm BST at Anfield.
