Liverpool FC Women returned for pre-season training on Monday following the summer break and you can check out the action with the latest Inside Training.

Matt Beard's squad were put through their paces at the AXA Training Centre, with a number of new faces joining their teammates for the first time.

Our cameras were on hand and granted exclusive access to follow the team throughout the day.
