Go behind the scenes of Liverpool U21s' and U18s' session on Wednesday with a new episode of 'Inside Training'.

We were embedded alongside the young Reds squads at the AXA Training Centre as they conducted a workout.

The U18s are back in action this Saturday when they travel to Middlesbrough in U18 Premier League North.

After six wins out of seven Premier League 2 fixtures in 2026 so far, the U21s then face Tottenham Hotspur at home on Sunday - live on All Red Video.
