StatHugo Ekitike matches Kenny Dalglish goalscoring feat for Liverpool

The forward came off the bench and netted as the Reds beat Barnsley 4-1 in round three of the Emirates FA Cup at Anfield on Monday night.

That means Ekitike has now scored in the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, Carabao Cup and FA Community Shield this season.

And, as per Opta football data editor Michael Reid (@michael_reid11), the France international is therefore just the second player to score in five different competitions during their debut campaign with the club.

Ekitike follows Dalglish, who was on target in the league, European Cup, FA Cup, League Cup and European Super Cup in 1977-78.
