The Reds squad will travel through the city to celebrate their championship triumph following the conclusion of the 2024-25 campaign.
Arne Slot's men will officially be presented with the Premier League trophy at Anfield the previous day, at the end of their fixture with Crystal Palace.
The victory parade is scheduled to begin at 2.30pm BST and last between three and five hours, with supporters encouraged to line the whole route.
To acquire a digital copy of the 15km journey the team bus will take, via email, supporters can fill out a form and sign up here.
