NewsFuka Nagano called up by Japan for Paris 2024 Olympics

The Liverpool FC Women midfielder was today included in her country’s 18-player group for this summer’s competition.

Japan are in Group C and begin their campaign versus Spain on Thursday July 25. Nagano and her teammates will then face Brazil three days later, before concluding the section against Nigeria on July 31.

“Honoured to be heading to the Olympics with this amazing team,” she said. “I’m so excited for my first Olympics!”
