The presentations took place ahead of Liverpool FC Women’s last fixture of 2024-25, away at Chelsea in the Barclays Women’s Super League on Saturday.
Smith collected the accolades of Players’ Player of the Year and Players’ Young Player of the Year, in recognition of an excellent debut season with the club.
Before the trip to Stamford Bridge, the Canada international had scored nine goals in 24 appearances for the Reds in all competitions.
Fahey, meanwhile, was honoured as Club Person of the Year as she retires from professional football after seven years representing Liverpool.
