Darwin Nunez’s stunning dinked finish at Brentford has been shortlisted for the Premier League’s February Goal of the Month award.

The No.9 opened the scoring in an eventual 4-1 win for Liverpool in the fixture, collecting Diogo Jota’s headed assist and chipping the goalkeeper from the edge of the box.

Nunez’s effort is one of eight nominated for the division’s Goal of the Month, alongside strikes by Kobbie Mainoo, Richarlison, Joao Pedro, Declan Rice, Jefferson Lerma, Jordan Ayew and Emerson Palmieri.

Fans can vote for the Uruguayan to win the prize here, until 12pm GMT on March 4.
