The Liverpool midfielder made five starts in the competition as England lifted the trophy by beating Spain 1-0 in last weekend’s final.
Jones was credited with the game’s all-important strike after Cole Palmer’s free-kick found the back of the net via a deflection – and was later named Player of the Match.
Reds teammate Harvey Elliott also featured heavily in the tournament, making five appearances and scoring once as England secured the trophy for the first time since 1984.
Lee Carlsey’s side recorded six clean sheets in the competition and had six Young Lions selected by the UEFA Technical Observer panel for the Team of the Tournament XI.
