Liverpool make two changes for tonight's Champions League tie with AC Milan at San Siro.

Cody Gakpo and Kostas Tsimikas come back into the line-up for the tournament league-phase opener, replacing Luis Diaz and Andy Robertson.

New signing Federico Chiesa is named among the substitutes for the first time.
