Shanice van de Sanden is the other player brought in to the starting XI for the 1.30pm GMT kick-off at Stamford Bridge.
The pair replace Mia Enderby, who is on the bench after an injury, and Melissa Lawley from the line-up that began at Tottenham Hotspur last Sunday.
