NewsCody Gakpo and Alexander Isak up for Premier League Player of the Matchweek

The Liverpool duo combined for each of the Reds' goals in their 2-0 victory at Ipswich Town on Friday evening.

Gakpo twice set up his fellow forward in Suffolk, with Isak scoring twice inside the opening nine minutes to earn Andoni Iraola's men a win on the road.

The pair are among six players nominated on the shortlist, alongside Gianluigi Donnarumma, Tyrique George, Martin Odegaard and Tyrick Mitchell.
