Caoimhin Kelleher kept a clean sheet at the expense of Andy Robertson's Scotland on Saturday.

The Republic of Ireland goalkeeper started and finished the 3-0 victory for his nation in the UEFA Nations League.

Robertson also played all of the encounter in Dublin, which was decided by goals from Alan Browne, Troy Parrott and Michael Obafemi.

“It was a great result," Kelleher said post-match. "The squad deserved it, to be fair, we put in a lot of work over the last two camps. The big one was today and it was very satisfying for all of us."

Also in the UEFA Nations League on Saturday, Neco Williams appeared for Wales in their 1-1 draw at home to Belgium.

The hosts earned a draw thanks to Brennan Johnson's 86th-minute equaliser after a Youri Tielemans opener.
