A huge LFC supporter since childhood, Reagan has also been a much-loved attendee at sessions provided by the club's official charity for more than a decade.
She inspires people via another of her passions, too: art and design.
Reagan, who was born with Down syndrome, frequently sews LFC-themed creations that are then auctioned for charity.
While earning a GCSE qualification in textiles, she also set up a dedicated studio that welcomes anyone with special educational needs or who is socially isolated.
Her unforgettable recent experiences with the Reds came as part of celebrating the diverse fan base through LFC's Red Together work, which encompasses the club's commitment to ensuring equality, diversity and inclusion is embedded into everything it does.
It all began last month when goalkeeper Alisson Becker made an unexpected visit to her Silly Goose Foundation base in Birkenhead.
The Brazilian chatted with Reagan and her mum, Vicky, before receiving a sewing lesson himself.
Alisson invited Reagan to Anfield for the Premier League clash with Sunderland on December 3, which was both her 24th birthday and the 2025 International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
There, she chatted with head coach Arne Slot, watched the team's warm-up from pitchside and met her favourite player, Conor Bradley.
Reagan also exhibited one of her own LFC designs on the Kop amid an emotional You'll Never Walk Alone before kick-off.
The memorable moments continued the next day as she was welcomed into the AXA Training Centre to meet more of the Reds squad.
