NewsAnfield to host FA Cup third-round draw

As holders of the trophy, the Reds will host the draw for the next stage at Anfield, with proceedings getting under way from 7pm GMT live on BBC Two and the FA Cup’s official social media channels.

Premier League and Championship clubs are now set to enter the competition, which Jürgen Klopp’s side won for 2021-22 at Wembley back in May.

Liverpool will be ball number 21 for the draw.

Third-round ties are scheduled to be played across the weekend of Saturday January 7.
