NewsAndrew Stanley Devine added to Hillsborough Memorial

Andrew, who was a lifelong supporter of the club, sadly passed away in July 2021 at the age of 55 as a result of the life-changing injuries he sustained during the tragedy.
Work has been undertaken to etch Andrew’s name onto the memorial at the stadium alongside the 96 fellow fans who tragically lost their lives due to the events of April 15, 1989.
The engraving was carried out today, etched into the balmoral granite tribute and gilded with 24 carat gold leaf.
The Hillsborough Memorial at Anfield is open to the public for those who wish to pay their respects.
We thank you for your patience and understanding throughout these changes.
The 97 will always be at the heart of Liverpool Football Club.
