The club’s community programme invited local schools it works with within the L4, L5, L6 and Kirkby areas, plus regular Red Neighbours participants and their grandchildren, to attend its half-term breakfast clubs.
Each day, families enjoyed a range of activities along with their nutritious breakfast, including a mini tour of Anfield, dancing, skills with Mighty Red, and a raffle with the opportunity to win some exciting prizes.
Guests also had the chance to enjoy a Q&A with Liverpool boxing champion and LFC fan Paul Smith and Reds legend Alan Kennedy.
Jen Dargan, Red Neighbours’ senior coordinator, said: “We know that the cost-of-living crisis continues to put an added strain on many families, especially during the school holidays.
“That’s why it’s so important to bring the LFC family together and support our local communities where possible.”
Last season, more than 8,000 people benefited from Red Neighbours’ breakfast clubs at Anfield and Breakfast Clubs To You deliveries.
