The drawing class at Anfield Stadium, courtesy of the Japanese publishing firm and official LFC Club partner Kodansha, was run by Carmel Carey-Shields (Liverpool FC Foundation, Employability Coordinator) and Mathew Rawlings (LFC Foundation Creative Works, Alumni).

Creative Works is an employability programme working with young people 16-25 years old- aiming to inspire and engage with young people, helping them to develop their employability skills that feed into careers within the creative industry through a combination of interactive educational workshops and industry specific sessions. Creating a community where participants can feel comfortable expressing their creativity, seeking and sharing information, ideas, and forming new connections.

Our winners had an unforgettable day at the AXA Training Centre, where they took part in a Q&A session with LFC legend John Aldridge, watched the champions train, and even received a signed shirt. Watch the video below to see how the day went.
