Hello everyone, I’ve had a very busy few weeks because I’ve been to Singapore on Pre-Season Tour with the team to see our wonderful international fans.

We arrived in Singapore on the 28th of July and got a very warm welcome from our fans, especially because it was super-hot when we arrived it was much hotter than England. Later we got to meet some of our junior fans when we joined the Foundation for one of their events. I got to play lots of games including a game where you had to dribble and try keep your ball away from other players but also try to kick the other players ball away.

On this day, I got to meet even more of our fans in the fan zone where I signed some stuff as well as posed for lots of pictures and got to see all your great smiles. Day 2 also involved open training where I tested how well the fans in Singapore were going to cheer for the team against Leicester the following day.

I got to try a lot of food, the worms in Singapore are a lot spicier than the ones we get in England I also got to try sugarcane juice it was very tasty.

Later in the day I visited the fan park again and met more fans, then it was time for the game and the fans didn’t disappoint they were singing songs, cheering, and giving lots of energy to cheer on the players. The game was very fun to watch, we won the game 4-0.

We had a retail appearance at one of our LFC stores in Singapore where I got to give people some shopping advice, mostly just telling them to buy my NEW Mighty products.

I went to the LFC Singapore International Academy event to play some games with the kids, the kids took some penalties against me, we did the Mo Salah challenge and then finished with some group pictures with the coaches and the children.

The day of the Bayern Munich game, this was a very long day as I started early and went with the Foundation to the British High commission to meet some children from selected schools around Singapore. We played a few games like hot potato and a game where we had to pass the ball and only use our heads to score, I was very good obviously because I have a rather large head.

Later in the day we headed to the fan zone again where we got to meet Bayern Munich’s mascot Berni. We got to meet and take some photos with all the great fans that came to the fan zone to meet us both. Then it was almost time for kick off but just before that we both went pitch side to see all the excited fans as well as swap shirts. I gave Berni a Liverpool shirt with Berni on the back, I received a Bayern Munich shirt with Mighty Red on the back. Then it was time for kick off it was a very exciting game but unfortunately in the last few minutes Bayern Munich scored and made 4-3 to win the trophy.
