By participating in the (Win a Trip to Mauritius) (the “Prize Draw”), you fully agree and accept these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions (“Prize Draw T&Cs”) together with any specific instructions and terms for such Prize Draw which may be made available to you by the Promoter (the “Prize Draw information”). confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

a. The Promoter is: Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority, 5th Floor, Victoria House, St Louis Street, Port Louis, Republic of Mauritius. b. The Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 35668 and whose registered office is at Anfield Road, Liverpool L4 0TH, UK (“Club”) operates this Prize Draw on behalf of the Promoter.

1. Promoter

The promotion is open to entries from 10.00AM BST on 25th August 2022 until 23.59 BST on 25th October 2022.

2. Promotion Period

a) The Prize Draw is open to entrants globallyb) You must be aged 18 or over to participate. Proof of identity may be required.c) Employees of the Club, the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Prize Draw or helping to set up the Prize Draw shall not be permitted to enter the Prize Draw.d) To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must have access to the internet and are required to input their details on the form provided. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Prize Draw.e) By entering the Prize Draw you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current, and complete.f) If entry to the prize draw requires the submission of a creative material (such as a photograph) (“Entry Material”), entrants confirm that they have the right to submit that Entry Material in the Prize Draw.g) The entry form must be completed in full.h) One entry allowed per person. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.i) If applicable, copyright in all entries shall belong to the Promoter. Entries shall not be returned to entrants.

3. Eligibility and Entry Requirements

a. Entry is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to data charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access.b. In order to enter the Prize Draw, entrants are required to input their details on the form provided.c. The Prize Draw will be open from 10:00AM GMT on 25th August 2022. Closing date for entry will be at 14:59PM GMT on 25th October 2022. After this date no further entries to the Prize Draw will be permitted.d. No responsibility is accepted for entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.e. Each person is entitled to one entry per Prize Draw.f. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within three days of the closing date and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents.g. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner fails to communicate their acceptance of the prize to the Club within 3 days of being contacted by the Club, or is unable to comply with these Prize Draw T&Cs, the Club reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

4. How to Enter

a. The Promoter is offering entrants the chance to win a trip for two to Mauritius.b. The prize includes return flights to Mauritius from the entrant’s home country for two people in economy class, seven nights half-board hotel accommodation, and travel to and from the international airport closest to the entrant’s home.c. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.d. The prize is subject to international travel laws relating to the entrant’s home country, the Republic of Mauritius and any transit countries. The Promoter is not liable if the trip has to be cancelled due to Covid-19 related restrictions or any other restrictions placed by authorities in the entrant’s home country or Mauritius.

5. Prize

a. The winner will be chosen by a luck draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period by 10:00AM GMT on 25th August 2022. Closing date for entry will be at 14:59PM GMT on 25th October 2022.b. A valid entry is defined as a successful form submission at <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/fans/competitions/win-a-trip-to-mauritius">https://www.liverpoolfc.com/fans/competitions/win-a-trip-to-mauritius</a>c. The winner will be contacted within three (3) days of the draw via telephone or email using the contact details provided with their entry, and will be asked to provide their full name and address. If a winner declines a prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize. If a winner fails to respond within five (5) days of this initial contact, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. A winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

6. How The Winner is Selected And Notified

a. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Prize Draw, including but not limited to having their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence published with their entry and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the reasonable requests by [the Club and/or the Promoter] relating to any post-winning publicity.b. Entrants allow [the Club and/or the Promoter] to use their Entry Material for any and all purposes whatsoever at any time in the future, and without payment, regardless of whether that entrant is drawn as the winner of the Prize Draw.c. Entrants waive their right to assert moral rights over all Entry Material and accordingly the Club and/or the Promoter may use Entry Materials in the future without crediting the author.

7. Publicity And Use Of Entry Materials

a. By participating in the Prize Draw, you acknowledge that your name, address, email address and date of birth will have been made available to the Club (the “Personal Data”).b. All Personal Data will be held and used by the Club in accordance with the Club’s privacy policies (which can be found at https://www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/privacy-policy. We may also use the information you provide to verify your age and identity.c. If you opt in for your data to be shared with the promoter, the Personal Data will also be made available to the promoter and will be held in accordance with their privacy policy, a copy of which may be requested from the promoter.

8. Personal Data

a. The Promoter reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Prize Draw or if the entrant breaches any of the Prize Draw T&Cs.b. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.c. Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter’s decisions.d. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights caused by entrants entering this promotion.e. If any of the Prize Draw T&Cs terms and conditions are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining other provisions shall continue to apply.f. The winner of the prize draw is responsible for passports, visas and for meeting the entry requirements of the Republic of Mauritius.

9. General

Nothing in these terms excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, or any other liability that the Promoter may not exclude by law. Subject to that, the Promoter and its associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrants that is caused by:a. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the Prize Draw;b. any loss or damage arising from, or in connection with, the allocation or enjoyment of a prize;c. any act or omission of any third party, particularly any third party involved in the provision of services relevant to the prize; ord. any other events beyond the Promoter's control that may cause the Prize Draw to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the winner or to the prize. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other social media channel (“Social Media Platforms”) used to promote this campaign. By entering, entrants acknowledge that the Social Media Platforms do not bear any responsibility for this Prize Draw and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release Social Media Platforms from any liability whatsoever in connection with this Prize Draw. All information entrants provide when they enter the promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to the Social Media Platforms. The Promoter shall use entrants’ personal data for the purposes of carrying out the Prize Draw, and in the case of winner’s data, as set out in the Promoter’s privacy notice available at <a href="https://mauritiusnow.com/privacy-policy/">https://mauritiusnow.com/privacy-policy/</a>and further explained in the following paragraphs. Additional expenditure including but not limited to mobile telephone roaming charges, internet costs, drinks and meals are the responsibility of the competition winner. The Promoter is only liable for the costs set out at term 5b. above.

10. Liability

These Prize Draw T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties agree that any dispute or action arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
