By participating in the “Win A Family Ticket to Liverpool FC vs Fulham” (the “Prize Draw”), you fully agree and accept these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions (“<a>Prize Draw T&Cs</a>”) together with any specific instructions and terms for such Prize Draw which may be mentioned on the relevant section of the @mightyred_lfc Instagram page.

<ol><li>The promoter of this Prize Draw is: The Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 35668 and whose registered office is at Anfield Road, Liverpool L4 0TH, UK (the “Club”).</li></ol>

1.	Promoter

<ol><li>The Prize Draw is open to entrants globally.</li><li>You must be aged 18 or over by the Opening Date to participate. Proof of identity may be required. This must be provided on request.</li><li>Employees of the Club, LFC Foundation, their subsidiaries, partners, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the Prize Draw, or helping to set up the Prize Draw, shall not be permitted to enter the Prize Draw.</li><li>To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must have access to the internet and have an Instagram account. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Prize Draw.</li><li>By entering the Prize Draw you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.</li></ol>

2.	Eligibility

<ol><li>Entry is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to data charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access.</li><li>In order to enter the Prize Draw, entrants are required to have guessed the correct number of Christmas items on the @mightyred_lfc Instagram story or post and have submitted this number in the comments section under the relevant post (not on the story) and they must be following the @mightyred_lfc Instagram account.</li><li>The Prize Draw will be open from 16:00pm GMT on 19 December 2022 (“Opening Date”). Closing date for entry will be at 16:00 GMT on 21 December 2022 (“Closing Date”). After the Closing Date no further entries to the Prize Draw will be permitted and any such entries received shall be automatically disqualified.</li><li>No responsibility is accepted for entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.</li><li>Each entrant is entitled to one entry only into the Prize Draw.</li><li>The winning entrant will be selected at random by the Club using a verifiable computerised system producing random results from all entries received by the Closing Date and in accordance with the Prize Draw T&Cs.</li><li>The winner will be notified by either (i) direct message through the Instagram account used to enter the Prize Draw or (ii) by being tagged in a post on the Mighty Red Instagram page. Please note that, if your Instagram account is set to private and you are picked as the winner, you will be notified by being tagged in a post announcing the winner. The winner will receive notification that they have won the Prize Draw within three (3) working days of the Closing Date. The winner will be notified and contacted by the verified @mightyred_lfc Instagram account.</li><li>Within the direct message that the Club sends to the winner they will request the winner’s full name, email address and contact telephone number. Once confirmation of acceptance of the Prize, has been received from the winner and they have provided their full name and a valid email address, the Club may then request further information from the winner, such as their country of residence, postal address and proof of identity and age.</li><li>Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner by the Club. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) working days of the Prize Draw Closing Date or the winner fails to communicate their acceptance of the Prize by responding to the Club’s direct message or if their account is set to private through a tagged post and providing their email address, within seven (7) working days of being contacted by the Club or is unable to comply with these Prize Draw T&Cs, then the Club reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.</li></ol>

3.	Prize Draw Information, How to Enter and Selection Process

<ol><li>The prize is: one (1) winner will receive a family ticket to the season 22/23 Liverpool FC v Fulham FC match consisting of two (2) adult general admission tickets and two (2) junior general admission tickets only (“Prize”).</li><li>Please note that this prize is for the match tickets only. Each ticket will be an NFC pass which must be downloaded to your smartphone before entering the stadium (please note tickets are only compatible with iPhone 6 and above and most Android/Google phones). It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a smart phone that is compatible with NFC technology. These tickets are non-transferable.</li><li>The junior tickets must be used by those aged 16 and under only.</li><li>The Club will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the Prize to the chosen winner within one (1) week of the relevant match.</li><li>The winner is responsible for all expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the Prize. This may include travel, accommodation and any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.</li><li>Please note the time and date of the Liverpool FC v Fulham FC match date is subject to change. The Club reserves the right to reschedule the fixture or offer tickets to a different home match without notice and without any liability whatsoever.</li><li>The winner confirms that it will not utilise the Prize for commercial purposes (for example but not limited to, the Prize cannot be resold or auctioned).</li><li>The Prize is subject to these Prize Draw T&Cs, and any further regulations relating to the use of the Prize which may include ticket terms and conditions of issue and applicable ground regulations. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to comply with any and all applicable terms and conditions and regulations.</li><li>No cash alternative to the Prize will be offered. The Prize is non-­‐refundable and non-­‐transferable. The Club reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.</li><li>The Club reserves the right in its sole discretion to withhold delivery of the Prize until proof of eligibility and/or identity requested by the Club has been confirmed. If such proof is not produced on request, the Club may disqualify an entrant from the Prize Draw.</li><li>The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the Prize as set out and in accordance with these Prize Draw T&Cs. In the event they are unable to do so, then the Club reserves the right to redraw the winner of the Prize.</li></ol>

4. Prize

<ol><li>By participating in the Prize Draw, you acknowledge that your Instagram username, name, e-­‐mail address and/or postal address will have been made available to the Club (the “Personal Data”).</li><li>All Personal Data will be held and used by the Club in accordance with the Club’s privacy policies (which can be found at https://www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/privacy-policy. We may also use the information you provide to verify your age and identity.</li></ol>

6. Personal Data

<ol><li>This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Instagram is fully released by the entrant from all liability that may arise from any matter related to the Prize Draw and Instagram may not be held liable for any claim arising from an entrant’s participation in the Prize Draw or taking up a Prize.</li><li>Any entrant must comply with any directions given to him or her by the Club including but not limited to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations. Where the competition conflicts with the local laws, rules and/or regulations of the winner, the local laws, rules and/or regulations will prevail which means that the winner may not be able to receive the Prize. To the extent allowed by law, the Club accepts no liability whatsoever in these circumstances.</li><li>Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the Prize Draw in a manner, which in the Club’s determination, is contrary to these Prize Draw T&Cs or is unfair, fraudulent or unjust to other entrants or is otherwise not in the spirit of the Prize Draw (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Prize Draw, hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or the Club and/or any of its agents or representatives), may be rejected from the Prize Draw at the Club’s discretion.</li><li>The Club may cancel or amend the Prize Draw, the Prize, Prize Draw Information or these Prize Draw T&Cs without prior notice and for any reason, including (without limitation) in the case of a manifest error. Any changes will be posted within either the Prize Draw Information or these Prize Draw T&Cs.</li><li>The Club cannot guarantee that the services relating to the Prize Draw will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available, uninterrupted and/or in a fully operating condition. Without limiting clause 7(d), the Club reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Prize Draw in whole or in part, at their sole discretion, if they believe the Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified in these Prize Draw T&Cs or in the event of system failure, maintenance or repair, network issue, a virus, computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the Club that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality, or normal course of the Prize Draw, including, but not limited to the unavailability of the vote, poll, competition or Prize Draw entry platform before the Closing Date, or for strike, lock-­‐out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, compliance with law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, breakdown of plant, machinery or transportation. The Club is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of any of these occurrences.</li><li>The Club will not be liable to you for any loss that is not foreseeable, and the Club excludes its liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Prize Draw T&Cs shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of the Club’s negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which may not be excluded by law.</li><li>You agree to reimburse the Club in respect of any damages suffered by the Club, or any losses by the Club resulting from any claim made by a third party in each case in respect of any matter arising from your entry to the Prize Draw, your use of the services relating to the Prize Draw in breach of the Prize Draw T&Cs or from you violating any applicable law or regulation.</li><li>The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Prize Draw T&Cs shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Prize Draw T&Cs shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.</li><li>The Prize Draw and these Prize Draw T&Cs will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.</li><li>The surname and county of the winner will be made available to anyone who requests it by writing to <a href="mailto:competitions@liverpoolfc.com">competitions@liverpoolfc.com</a> within three (3) months of the Closing Date.
