By participating in the Win 1 of 2 pairs of tickets to LFC vs Brighton (the “Prize Draw”), you fully agree and accept these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions (“Prize Draw T&Cs”) together with any specific instructions and terms for such Prize Draw which may be mentioned on the relevant section of the Official Liverpool FC Application (the “Prize Draw information”).

a. The joint promoters of this Prize Draw are: i. The Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 35668 and whose registered office is at Anfield Road, Liverpool L4 0TH, UK (the “Club”); and ii. Standard Chartered Bank, a company incorporated in England and Wales with limited liability by Royal Charter 1853 Reference Number ZC18, the principal office of which is situated at 1 Basinghall Avenue, London EC2V 5DD (“SCB”) together the “Promoters”.

1. Promoter

a) The Prize Draw is open to UK entrants only. b) You must be aged 18 or over by the Opening Date to participate. Proof of identity may be required. This must be provided on request. c) Employees of the Club, LFC Foundation, SCB, its subsidiaries, partners or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Prize Draw or helping to set up the Prize Draw shall not be permitted to enter the Prize Draw. d) To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must have access to the internet and have set up a MY LFC account through the Official Liverpool FC Application. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Prize Draw. e) By entering the Prize Draw you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.

2. Eligibility

a) Entry is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to data charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access. b) In order to enter the Prize Draw, entrants are required to login into their MY LFC account, accept the T&Cs and click the “Submit” button on the relevant competition website. c) The Prize Draw will be open from 10:00AM GMT on 5th September 2022 (“Opening Date”). Closing date for entry will be at 11:59PM GMT on 16th September 2022 (“Closing Date”). After the Closing Date no further entries to the Prize Draw will be permitted and any such entries received shall be automatically disqualified. d) No responsibility is accepted for entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit. e) Each entrant is entitled to one (1) entry only to the Prize Draw. f) The winning entrants will be selected at random by the Club’s agent using a verifiable computerised system producing random results from all entries received by the Closing Date and in accordance with the Prize Draw T&Cs. g) The winners will be notified by email, using the email address provided by the winner when creating their MY LFC account. The winner will need to email the Club using the email address provided in the notification email in order to accept the Prize. Once the Club has received confirmation of the winner’s acceptance, they will then be in contact via email in order to organise delivery of the Prize. The winner(s) will receive notification that it has won the Prize Draw within one (1) working day of the Closing Date. h) Within the follow-up email that the Club sends to each winner upon their confirmation of acceptance of the Prize as set out at 3.g) above, it may request further information from the winner, such as the winner’s country of residence and/or a photograph, which may then be used within publicity around the Prize Draw by the Promoters without further notice to the winner(s), as outlined further at 5 a) below. By providing a photograph for this purpose, the winning entrant confirms that the photograph is of the entrant only and not submitted on another’s behalf and that it is the owner of any copyright subsisting within that photograph and that it has provided the Promoters with the relevant permissions to use the photograph for publication in conjunction with the Prize. Where the winning entrant(s) submits a photograph for use in relation to the Prize that they do not have consent to submit, they accept full liability, and the Promoters will not be held responsible. i) Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner by the Club. If the winner cannot be contacted within two (2) working day of the competition Closing Date, or the winner fails to communicate their acceptance of the Prize (by emailing the Club at the contact details provided in the winner’s email notification or by claiming the prize via the notification on the App (as set out above at 3g)), by 18th September 2022 or is unable to comply with these Prize Draw T&Cs, then the Club reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

3. Prize Draw Information and How To Enter and Selection Process

a) The prize is: Two (2) winners will each win a pair of general admission tickets to the LFC vs Brighton fixture taking place on 1st October 2022 at Anfield. (“Prize”) b) The Club will be responsible for sending the tickets directly to the chosen winners. Each ticket will be an NFC pass which must be downloaded to your smartphone before entering the stadium (please note tickets are only compatible with iPhone 6 and above and most Android/Google phones). These tickets are non-transferable. c) Each winner must provide the name of their guest to the Club by no later than 21st September 2022. d) When visiting Anfield, winners and their guest must abide by the Club’s COVID guidelines, which can be found here <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/return-of-supporters-to-anfield">https://www.liverpoolfc.com/return-of-supporters-to-anfield</a>.When attending the fixture each winner and their guest must take their proof of identity. e) The fixture date (stated at 4.a)) is subject to change. The Club reserves the right to reschedule the fixture without notice and without any liability whatsoever. f) The winner(s) and their guest are responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the Prize, for the avoidance of doubt this includes but is not limited to travel and accommodation. g) The winner(s) confirm that they will not utilise the Prize for commercial purposes (for example but not limited to, the Prize cannot be resold or auctioned). h) The Prize is subject to these Prize Draw T&Cs, and any further regulations relating to the use of the Prize, which includes ticket terms and conditions of issue and applicable ground regulations (ticket terms and conditions and ground regulations can be found at: <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/liverpool-football-club-terms-and-conditions">https://www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/liverpool-football-club-terms-and-conditions</a>), as well as any relevant COVID restrictions and/or rules put in place by the Club at the time. By accepting the Prize, the winner(s) agrees to comply with any and all applicable terms and conditions and regulations. i) No cash alternative to the Prize will be offered. The Prize is non-­‐refundable and non-­‐transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoters reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. j) The Promoters reserve the right in their sole discretion to withhold delivery of the Prize until proof of eligibility and/or identity requested by the Promoters has been confirmed. If such proof is not produced on request, the Promoters may disqualify the entrant from the Prize Draw. k) The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the Prize as set out and in accordance with these Prize Draw T&Cs, in the event they are unable to do so then the Promoters reserve the right to redraw the prize.

4. Prize

a) The winner(s) may be asked to provide their consent to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Prize Draw, including but not limited to having their name, photograph and disclosure of country of residence published with their entry and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid and will co-‐operate with any other reasonable requests by the Promoters relating to any post-‐winning publicity. You have the right to withdraw the consent you have provided at any time by speaking to an LFC DPO representative by emailing <a href="mailto:dpo@liverpoolfc.com">dpo@liverpoolfc.com</a> in the first instance or writing to the Club at <a href="mailto:competitions@liverpoolfc.com">competitions@liverpoolfc.com</a>.

5. Publicity and Use Of Entry Materials

a) By participating in the Prize Draw, you acknowledge that your name, address, e-­‐mail address and date of birth will have been made available to the Promoters (the “Personal Data”). b) All Personal Data will be held and used by the Club in accordance with the Club’s privacy policies (which can be found at <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/privacy-policy">https://www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/privacy-policy</a>. We may also use the information you provide to verify your age and identity. c) All Personal Data that may be held/or used by SCB will be done in accordance with the SCB Privacy policy (Non-Client Privacy Statement), a copy of which can be found at <a href="https://www.sc.com/en/privacy-policy.">https://www.sc.com/en/privacy-policy.</a>

6. Personal Data

a) Any entrant must comply with any directions given to him or her by the Promoters including but not limited to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations. b) Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the Prize Draw in a manner, which in the Promoters’ determination, is contrary to these Prize Draw T&Cs or is unfair, fraudulent or unjust to other entrants or is otherwise not in the spirit of the Prize Draw (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Prize Draw, hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or the Promoters and/or any of its agents or representatives), may be rejected from the Prize Draw at the Promoter’s discretion. c) The Promoters may cancel or amend the Prize Draw, the Prize, Prize Draw information, or these Prize Draw T&Cs without prior notice and for any reason, including (without limitation) in the case of a manifest error. Any changes will be posted either within the Prize Draw information or these Prize Draw T&Cs. d) The Promoters cannot guarantee that the services relating to the Prize Draw will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. Without limiting clause 7(c), the Promoters reserve the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Prize Draw in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified in these Prize Draw T&Cs or in the event of system failure, maintenance or repair, network issue, a virus, computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality, or normal course of the Prize Draw, including, but not limited to the unavailability of the vote, poll, competition or prize draw entry platform before the Closing Date, or for strike, lock-­‐out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, compliance with law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, breakdown of plant, machinery or transportation. The Promoters are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of any of these occurrences. e) The Promoters will not be liable to you for any loss that is not foreseeable and the Promoters exclude their liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Prize Draw T&Cs shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of the Promoters’ negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which may not be excluded by law. f) You agree to reimburse the Promoters in respect of any damages suffered by the Promoters or any losses by the Promoters resulting from any claim made by a third party in each case in respect of any matter arising from your entry to the Prize Draw, your use of the services relating to the Prize Draw in breach of the Prize Draw T&Cs or from your violating of any applicable law or regulation. g) The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Prize Draw T&Cs shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Prize Draw T&Cs shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. h) The Prize Draw and these Prize Draw T&Cs will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. i) The surname and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by writing to competitions@liverpoolfc.com within 3 months of the Closing Date. In the event they win, winners may request their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by emailing <a href="mailto:competitions@liverpoolfc.com">competitions@liverpoolfc.com</a>.
