    If I change my address in My Account after completing my ticket purchase, will my tickets be sent to my new address?

    No, please ensure that the address is up to date at the time of purchase as we are unable to re-direct tickets to an alternative address once your booking is complete.

    I am eligible to purchase a ticket in the guaranteed sale taking place on Wednesday May 11, can I purchase my ticket with friends/family who are successful in the ballot instead?

    No, it will not be possible for you to purchase tickets with anyone who is successful in the ballot. You can only purchase tickets within the sale taking place from 11am Wednesday May 11 until 7.30am Thursday May 12.

    Can I still register my interest for the ballot if I distributed one or more of my tickets for the Champions League Cup home games this season?

    Yes, as long as the tickets were purchased in your name / supporter ID number. For season 2021/22 the match credit remains with the original purchaser.

    Will I need to make a payment or enter card details when registering?

    No, payment is not required during the ballot registration process.

    When and how will I be notified of the outcome of the ballot?

    Supporters will be notified of the ballot results by email after 3pm Thursday May 12.

    Supporters will also be able to check ‘My Account’ after 9am Friday May 13, to find out if they are successful or have been given a waiting list position.

    If I am unsuccessful on the waiting list, will there be another opportunity to purchase tickets?

    Supporters unsuccessful in the ballot will be given a waiting list number and contacted in numerical order by email if they become eligible to purchase tickets after 3pm Wednesday May 18.

    The number of tickets made available to supporters on the waiting list will depend on the number of tickets remaining following the guaranteed sales.

    If I win a ticket in the ballot but don’t purchase during the allocated sale period. Can I still purchase this ticket?

    No, any successful ballot applications must then logon and purchase during the guaranteed sales period. Tickets will not be available once this sales period has ended.

    Can I change the fulfilment method I selected after I have purchased my ticket(s)?

    No, once you have completed the booking the fulfilment method cannot be changed.

    I am a non-UK supporter, will my tickets be posted?

    Due to potential issues with posting tickets overseas and to ensure tickets are not delayed or undelivered, ALL OVERSEAS supporters will be required to collect their tickets in Saint-Denis France.

    Full details will be emailed to supporters ahead of the game.
