5.9 The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from, the Ground any person who fails to comply with the Terms & Conditions of Entry. In such circumstances, no refund or alternative seat will be offered to the offending Season Ticket Holder.

5.10 Any attempt to gain access to a section of the Ground allocated to Club supporters wearing or carrying apparel (including, without limitation, hats and/or scarves) that demonstrate support for the Away Club may result in admission being refused or the offending Season Ticket Holder being ejected from the Ground. In such circumstances no refund or alternative seat will be offered, nor any form of compensation or refund for missing part or all of the WSL Match. Further, the Club reserves the right to impose further sanctions on a Season Ticket Holder in such circumstances, including (by way of example only) the cancellation or withdrawal of a Season Ticket, other ticketing accounts and/or participation in any Club ticketing scheme (including any membership in any Auto Cup Scheme).

6.5 Further to the above, by purchasing a Season Ticket, the Season Ticket User agrees to the Club’s “Every Seat, Every Game” policy, details of which can be found here. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a Season Ticket User being unable to renew their Season Ticket in subsequent seasons.

6.6 The unauthorised sale or disposal of a Season Ticket may amount to a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. We may press for charges to be brought against those breaking this law. If a Season Ticket Holder is convicted of an offence, or we reasonably suspect that a Season Ticket Holder has committed such an offence, we may notify any Football Authority (as applicable) and, if necessary, other Football Authority clubs (who may in turn notify other football clubs), event holders, the police and/or the UK Football Policing Unit and/or the relevant law enforcement authorities.
