By entering the “Red Together” prize draw (the “Prize Draw”), you fully agree and accept these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions (“<a>Prize Draw T&Cs</a>”) together with any specific instructions and terms for such Prize Draw which may be mentioned on a relevant section of the Club’s website and/or Club channels.The promoter of this Prize Draw is The Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 35668 and whose registered office is at Anfield Road, Liverpool L4 0TH, UK (the “Club”).

<ol><li>The Prize Draw is open to all individuals who have completed the “Red Together” equality, diversity and inclusion survey (the “Survey”) and who have provided correct contact details.</li><li>You must be aged 16 or over by the Opening Date to participate. Proof of identity may be required and must be provided on request. Failure to provide proof of identity when requested will result in you being disqualified from the Prize Draw.</li><li>Employees of the Club of any of its affiliates parties, partners or family members of such employees, or anyone else connected in any way with the Prize Draw, shall not be permitted to enter the Prize Draw. Where the Club believes that such person(s) have entered the Prize Draw, then the Club shall be entitled to disqualify such person(s) from the Prize Draw.</li><li>To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must have access to the internet and must have completed the Survey. All entries must be made directly by the person who completed the Survey and who is entering the Prize Draw.</li><li>By entering the Prize Draw you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.</li></ol>

1. Eligibility

<ol><li>Entry is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to data charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access.</li><li>In order to enter the Prize Draw, entrants are required to provide their name and email address following completion of the Survey..</li><li>The Prize Draw will be open from 13th February 2023 (“Opening Date”) to 12th March 2023 (“Closing Date”). After the Closing Date no further entries will be permitted and any such entries received after that date shall be automatically disqualified.</li><li>No responsibility is accepted for entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.</li><li>Any entrant found to be using multiple accounts to enter the Prize Draw will be automatically disqualified.</li><li>Each entrant is only entitled to one entry to the Prize Draw.</li><li>The winning entrants will be selected at random by the Club using a verifiable computer system producing random results from all valid entries received by the Closing Date and in accordance with the Prize Draw T&Cs.</li><li>The winners will be contacted by email, or using the contact details provided by the entrant, within 5 working days of the Closing Date. Only the winners will be contacted by the Club.</li><li>When contacting the winner(s) the Club may request further information from the winner, such as their full name, country of residence, postal address, contact telephone number and proof of identity, in order to facilitate the delivery of a Prize (as defined below).</li><li>Reasonable efforts will be made to contact each winner by the Club. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not provide the information required pursuant to 2i) above within 10 working days of the Prize Draw Closing Date, or does not or is unable to comply with these Prize Draw T&Cs, then the Club reserves the right to disqualify that winner and offer a Prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.</li></ol>

2. Prize Draw Information and How to Enter and Selection Process

<ol><li>By participating in the Prize Draw, you acknowledge that your name, email address, contact telephone number and/or postal address will have been made available to the Club (the “Personal Data”).</li><li>All Personal Data will be held and used by the Club in accordance with the Club’s privacy policies (which can be found at https://www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/privacy-policy. We may also use the information you provide to verify your age and identity.</li></ol>

3. Personal Data

<ol><li>The prize(s) are 4 LFC home shirts signed by members of the men’s first team (each a “Prize” and together the “Prizes”)</li><li>4 winners will be selected from the entrants to the Prize Draw, with each winner receiving a Prize.</li><li>The Club will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the Prizes to the winners following them providing their postal address.</li><li>Each winner confirms that it shall not use the Prize they receive for any commercial purposes (for example, a Prize cannot be resold or auctioned). Where the Club believes a winner has used the Prize for commercial purposes, it shall be entitled to disqualify that entrant from all future prize draws and/or competitions.</li><li>Each Prize is subject to these Prize Draw T&Cs, and any further regulations relating to the use of the Prizes. By accepting a Prize, each winner agrees to comply with any and all applicable terms and conditions and regulations.</li><li>No cash alternative to the Prizes will be offered. Each Prize is non-­‐refundable and non-­‐transferable. The Club reserves the right to substitute any or all of the Prizes with another prize of equivalent value and without giving notice to the entrants or, where selected, winners.</li><li>The Club reserves the right in its sole discretion to withhold delivery of the Prizes until proof of eligibility and/or identity requested by the Club has been confirmed. If such proof is not produced on request, the Club may disqualify an entrant from the Prize Draw. The Club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that fails to meet the eligibility criteria. </li><li>Each winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the Prize as set out and in accordance with these Prize Draw T&Cs. In the event they are unable to do so, then the Club reserves the right to disqualify that individual and redraw a new winner for that Prize.</li></ol>

4. Prize

<ol><li>The winners may be asked to provide their consent to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Prize Draw, including but not limited to their name being promoted on the Club’s media channels and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid. Where the winner provides their consent, it has the right to withdraw such consent at any time by emailing <a href="mailto:dpo@liverpoolfc.com">dpo@liverpoolfc.com</a> in the first instance.</li></ol>

5. Publicity and use of entry materials 

<ol><li>including but not limited to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations.</li><li>Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the Prize Draw in a manner, which in the Club’s determination, is contrary to these Prize Draw T&Cs or is unfair, fraudulent or unjust to other entrants or is otherwise not in the spirit of the Prize Draw (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Prize Draw, hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or the Club and/or any of its affiliates, employees, agents or representatives), may be disqualified from the Prize Draw at the Club’s sole discretion.</li><li>The Club may cancel or amend the Prize Draw, the Prizes, or these Prize Draw T&Cs without prior notice and for any reason, including (without limitation) in the case of a manifest error. Any changes to such details will be posted within an updated version of these Prize Draw T&Cs.</li><li>The Club cannot guarantee that any services relating to the Prize Draw will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available, uninterrupted or in a fully operating condition. Without limiting clause 6(c), the Club reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Prize Draw in whole or in part, at their sole discretion, if they believe the Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified in these Prize Draw T&Cs or in the event of system failure, maintenance or repair, network issue, a virus, computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the Club that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality, or normal course of the Prize Draw, including, but not limited to the unavailability of the vote, poll, competition or Prize Draw entry platform before the Closing Date, or for strike, lock-­‐out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, compliance with law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, breakdown of plant, machinery or transportation. The Club is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of any of these occurrences.</li><li>The Club will not be liable to you for any loss that is not foreseeable, and the Club excludes its liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Prize Draw T&Cs shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of the Club’s negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which may not be excluded by law.</li><li>You agree to reimburse the Club in respect of any damages suffered by the Club, or any losses by the Club resulting from any claim made by a third party in each case in respect of any matter arising from your entry to the Prize Draw, your use of the services relating to the Prize Draw in breach of the Prize Draw T&Cs or from your violating of any applicable law or regulation.</li><li>The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Prize Draw T&Cs shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Prize Draw T&Cs shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the Prize Draw T&Cs as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.</li><li>The Prize Draw and these Prize Draw T&Cs will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.</li><li>The surname and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by writing to competitions@liverpoolfc.com within three (3) months of the Closing Date. In the event they win, the winner may request their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by emailing competitions@liverpoolfc.com.
