LegalNon-Match Day Events Terms and Conditions

    1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    By purchasing tickets for an event at Anfield, the AXA Training Centre and/or the LFC Academy (“Event”), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you are making a booking for a third party you shall be deemed to be acting with the consent of such third party to agree these terms and conditions on their behalf.

    2. TICKETS AND PAYMENT

    2.1. A valid ticket and/or email confirmation must be produced to enter the Event. Please notify us of any access requirements at the time of booking.2.2. The price of each ticket shall be the price set at the time we accept your order. All advertised prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and booking fee (where applicable).2.3. No order will be accepted without us first receiving payment of the booking fee in full. We reserve the right to cancel any booking which we reasonably suspect to have been made fraudulently.

    3. THE EVENT

    3.1. Catering:Please advise us of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking. If any dietary requirements are notified to us less than 14 days before the Event, we may not be able to cater for such requirements and will not be liable to you for any failure to do so.3.2. Conduct of Guests3.2.1. If you purchase tickets on behalf of a third party you are responsible for ensuring the good and peaceable conduct of your guests.3.2.2. You will ensure that any guests attending the Event comply with our instructions relating to health and safety.3.2.3. No alcohol may be brought onto our premises. Any gift alcohol will be retained by us for the duration of the Event and returned at the end of the Event. We operate a “Challenge 21” policy.3.2.4. We reserve the right to ask you (and/or your guests) to leave the Event at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right. By way of example, we may remove guests who (in our reasonable opinion):3.2.4.1. behave in a manner which is likely to affect the enjoyment of other guests; or3.2.4.2. use threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provoke or behave in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace; or3.2.4.3. is under the influence of drugs or has consumed an excessive amount of alcohol; or3.2.4.4. fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age.3.2.5. You must comply with instructions and directions given by our staff and/or stewards.3.2.6. No refunds will be given if you are refused entry or ejected due to your behaviour, or the behaviour of your guests.

    3.3 Conditions of Admission

    3.3.1 We reserve the right to conduct security searches from time to time and confiscate any item which, in our reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disruption to other guests or the Event.

    3.3.2 We reserve the right to refuse admission to the Event in reasonable circumstances.

    3.3.3 We reserve the right to provide alternative seats, facilities and/or lounges to any specified, at our reasonable discretion or if this is reasonably required for the staging of the Event.

    3.3.4 We will make effort to admit latecomers, but admission is not guaranteed in such circumstances.

    4. CHANGES TO THE EVENT

    4.1. We reserve the right to make alterations to the published Event programme where reasonably necessary.4.2. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the Event has been cancelled or re-scheduled and the date and time of any re-scheduled Event. Where an Event is cancelled or re-scheduled, we will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you using the details you provided us with at the time of ordering. We do not guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the Event.4.3. It is your responsibility to inform us of any change to the contact address, telephone number or email address you provide us with at the time of ordering.

    5. CANCELLATION

    Cancellation due to fixture change5.1. We cannot hold any event on a match day or when any other large event is taking place. We may therefore need to cancel the Event if:5.1.1. a Liverpool FC fixture has been postponed and the rescheduled fixture date falls on the date of the Event; or5.1.2. if any other large event is scheduled to take place at Anfield.Cancellation due to safety reasons5.2. We may also cancel the Event for any reason relating to safety, which shall be at Liverpool FC’s absolute discretion.5.3. If we cancel the Event:If it becomes necessary to cancel the Event under clauses 6.1 or 6.2 we will try to offer an alternative date for the Event. If we are unable to accommodate the Event, we will refund you the price for your ticket in full.5.4 If you cancel your booking:If you cancel your booking for any reason, we will be entitled to charge you the cancellation fees set out below. If we receive notice of cancellation:5.4.1 less than 14 days prior to the date of the Event 100% of your total booking fee;5.4.2 between 15 and 30 days prior to the date of the Event 75% of your total booking fee;5.4.3 between 31 and 60 days prior to the date of the Event 50% of your total booking fee; and5.4.4 more than 60 days prior to the date of the Event 10% of your total booking fee.5.5 Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once purchased other than for the reasons set out in these terms and conditions.

    6. LIABILITY

    6.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit either party's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.6.2. To the fullest extent permissible in law, neither The Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise):6.2.1. any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any guest, or to any property belonging to you or any guest, in or upon any facilities which you visit and/or use as part of or in relation to the Event, resulting from any cause whatsoever;6.2.2. for any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever; and/or6.2.3. any losses arising from any cancellation, postponement or rearrangement pursuant to clauses 5.1, 5.2, 7.1 and/or any breach by you of these terms and conditions.

    7. PUBLICITY

    7.1 By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you consent to participate as required by LFC in all publicity relating to this Event.

    7.2 You agree that any promotional materials created by LFC in relation to the Event may:

    7.2.1 at LFC’s discretion contain your details provided to LFC (including your name, age etc.); and

    7.2.2 be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being due or payable;.

    7.3You have the right to withdraw your consent to LFC’s use of your image or Personal Data for the purposes set out above at any time by contacting LFC at dpo@liverpoolfc.com in the first instance.

    7. MISCELLANEOUS

    7.1. Your ticket for the Event is personal and shall not be transferred or resold save with our prior written consent. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any unauthorised transfer or resale we may cancel your booking and the provisions of clause 6.2.3 will apply.7.2. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and shall publish any such changes on our website www.liverpoolfc.com.7.3. If any of these terms and conditions is determined by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, they shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.7.4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
