No, the payment holiday hospitality agreement no longer entitles you to apply for or to purchase tickets for any away matches or cup final matches during the 21/22 Season

I live abroad, will tickets be posted out to me?

Yes, tickets will be sent to Non-UK supporters via Special Delivery at a charge of £12.32 per booking.

Can I collect at Anfield?

Supporters can request for their tickets to be held for collection at the Anfield ticket office by selecting the ‘Collect’ option online when making their purchase.

Can I change the fulfilment method I selected after I have purchased my ticket(s)?

No, once you have completed the booking the fulfilment method cannot be changed.

Can someone else collect my ticket?

No, the lead booker must collect at either Anfield or Wembley, with full ID and booking confirmation. No changes will be made once the booking has been processed.

Can I provide alternative delivery address details?

Tickets must be sent to the address registered on the account.

If I am eligible to purchase tickets in the guaranteed sale, can I wait and purchase my ticket along with friends/family who are successful in the ballot?

Unfortunately, it will not be possible for you to purchase tickets with anyone who is successful in the ballot.

I want to sit by a friend who also has hospitality seats. Is this possible?

We cannot guarantee that you will be able to sit with friends from separate groups.

If I purchase a ticket on Level 2, will I have hospitality access or Club Wembley North access?

No, you will only have access to a seat. These seats are padded and roomier than Level 1 or 5 seats. They also include a cup holder and programme holder.

What is the age limit to purchase a junior ticket?

A junior is classed as being 16 years and under.

Children aged 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Children (under the age of 2) will not be permitted into the stadium.

Can I use any ticket cash I have to pay for the tickets?

No, it is not possible to use any balance held on ticket cash to pay for Cup Final tickets.

How do I purchase hospitality at Wembley?

Hospitality is not available to purchase through Liverpool Football Club. Please contact Wembley directly to enquire about Hospitality Boxes and Club Wembley availability

Can I buy additional tickets?

No, seasonal hospitality members are entitled to apply for one ticket per seasonal membership held, as per the contract states. No additional tickets will be available.

Can I buy different price tickets on the one transaction?

Yes, subject to availability supporters will be able to buy different price tickets, up to the number of tickets they qualify for.
