Trent Kone-Doherty made two substitute appearances for Liverpool at senior level under Arne Slot.

<p>The Republic of Ireland youth international joined the Reds' Academy from Derry City in the summer of 2022.</p><p>He went on to feature frequently at U18, U19 and U21 level across a spell of almost four years with the club.</p><p>That time included a pair of opportunities off the bench for the senior side, with his debut coming away at Plymouth Argyle in the FA Cup in February 2025.</p><p>Kone-Doherty also took to the pitch at Anfield during a Carabao Cup tie against Crystal Palace eight months later.</p><p>He departed for a new chapter in his career in February 2026, making a permanent move to Norwegian outfit Molde FK.</p>
