Food & DrinkRefreshments will be available in the fan zone outside the stadium and inside the stadium, accepting both cash and card payments.ToiletsToilets are located on all concourses and hospitality areas throughout the stadium. Please check with your nearest steward which is the most accessible location. Fan ZoneThe Fan Zone is located in the main car park and opens two hours before the start of the game. There’s a variety of football activities and food and drink is available to purchase. Mighty Red will also be at the Fan Zone to greet you when you arrive. Match Programme Match programmes will be on sale outside of the ground approximately one hour behalf kick-off at the kiosk adjacent to the TRFC Club Store priced at £3.

Before you arrive at Prenton Park, please read our handy checklist below: To speed up your entry to the stadium, please arrive as early as possible allowing enough time for search procedures to be carried out. Gates will open one hour before kick-off.Please be advised that anyone under the age of 16 years old attending Prenton Park must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

Bags no bigger than A4 will be allowed into the stadium and all bags will be searched on entry. There are no bag storage facilities available at Prenton Park.

Health, Safety & Hygiene  

The dedicated stewarding team are on hand to assist with any queries you may have on the day. The team are also fully trained and work alongside third-party agencies such as Merseyside police and St Johns ambulance to ensure your safety is at the forefront at all times. If you see anything you think may be suspicious or have concerns whilst at the stadium, then please do not hesitate to alert your nearest steward. If you see or hear something suspicious, trust your instincts and ACT. Report it in confidence at www.gov.uk/ACT. Your actions could save lives.

Safety & Security 

We want to make you aware of new measures being taken across all of football to ensure everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience. We are supporting strong action from the FA, Premier League, WSL and EFL to tackle antisocial and criminal behaviours that put all of us at risk. Please remember the following activities are illegal, dangerous, carry serious consequences and have no place in our game: <ul><li>Carrying or using smoke bombs or pyros </li><li>Invading the pitch or entering the pitch without permission </li><li>Throwing objects onto the pitch </li><li>Drug use within the football ground </li><li>Discriminatory behaviour </li></ul>For everyone’s safety, we will report anyone carrying out these offences to the police, which can result in a criminal record. This could affect your employment and education, and in some cases, result in a prison sentence. Anyone who enters the pitch without permission and those carrying or using smoke bombs or pyros will now receive an automatic club ban. These measures could also now apply to the parents or guardians of children involved in these activities. Persistent Standing Please remain seated throughout the match – Prenton Park is an all-seater stadium, persistent standing is not allowed. When celebrating or engaging in key moments of the match please act responsibly. it’s important to note that persistent standing is breach of ground regulations, and you may be subject to ejection from the stadium.
