Michael 'Jordan' Williams joined Liverpool at U14 level from Wrexham and made a single appearance for the senior team.
Capable of playing either central midfield or centre-back, he was a regular for the club's Academy sides and achieved his first-team debut in September 2014.
Williams took to the field as a substitute in the Reds' League Cup third-round tie against Middlesbrough that ended 2-2 after extra-time at Anfield. And he was a scorer during an epic penalty shootout in which Liverpool ultimately prevailed 14-13.
He spent time on loan with Notts County, Swindon Town and Rochdale in the seasons that followed and eventually joined the latter in a permanent move in 2018.
