Centre-half James Gorman didn't get a lot of chances at Liverpool as Alex Raisbeck's understudy.
He made his league debut on the final Saturday of the 1905-06 season, with Raisbeck missing, playing his part in a 3-1 home win over Sheffield United.
However, Gorman wasn't picked again until the second half of the following campaign, when he played in nine of the last 14 First Division fixtures.
He also figured nine times in his final year at Anfield, 1907-08.
His only goal for the club came in one of the four FA Cup ties he was selected for, the 4-2 first-round victory over Derby County at Anfield on January 11, 1908.
Gorman left for Leicester Fosse at the end of the 1907-08 season.
