<p>It was a disappointing season that saw the club relegated immediately back to the Second Division just a year after they had achieved promotion at the first time of asking, when entering the Football League in 1893.</p><p>Cameron made his debut against Sheffield United in a match that ended in a 2-2 draw at Anfield.</p>
