Harold Wadsworth was a left winger who was on Liverpool's books for five years just after the First World War.

<p>His brother Walter was already at Anfield when he arrived there in 1919 but he found stiff competition for his left-wing position from Albert Pearson and was restricted to just nine league appearances in his debut season.</p><p>He was selected more frequently in 1920-21 but only made four league appearances during the subsequent two seasons as Liverpool first won and then retained the First Division championship. </p><p>And 1923-24 proved to be his last season as a Reds player.</p>
