Harold Barton's time at Liverpool is probably best remembered for his hat-trick in a 7-4 demolition of Everton in February 1933.

<p>His first season with the Reds, 1929-30, saw him make just 12 appearances and he was initially overlooked at the start of the next campaign, but became a regular in the side from November onwards.</p><p>1932-33 was his most productive season at the club as he scored 13 times in 36 matches, including that famous treble against the Toffees.</p><p>Barton left Liverpool to join Sheffield United in 1934.</p>
