<p>The Reds' regular right-back at the time was John Glover, who missed only four of the 34 First Division fixtures during that campaign.</p><p>On two of those occasions McCallum stepped in to cover for him, at West Bromwich Albion on October 11, 1902 and at Blackburn Rovers on January 3, 1903.</p>
