<p>He netted on his debut on the opening day of the campaign at Nottingham Forest but the Reds went down 3-1.</p><p>Hewitt figured in 13 of the first 14 matches before losing his place to Robert Robinson.</p><p>He was only selected on three more occasions during the rest of his one and only season at Anfield.</p>
