Goalkeeper Billy Molyneux joined Liverpool as an amateur in 1961.

<p>Tommy Lawrence was the Reds' No.1 and Molyneux only made one appearance for the club, in the final league game of the 1964-65 season against Wolverhampton Wanderers.</p><p>He conceded one goal in a 3-1 victory when Bill Shankly fielded a team of mostly reserves just five days before the FA Cup final versus Leeds United.</p>
