Alastair Henderson was a wing-half who made five appearances for Liverpool during the 1931-32 First Division season.

Tom Morrison was the club's regular right-half at the time, but Henderson replaced him for four successive matches in the autumn before Morrison came back into the side.

Henderson's only other first-team game for the Reds came towards the end of the season, taking over from left-half Jimmy McDougall when Portsmouth were Liverpool's visitors on April 23, 1932.
