In the presence of Reds icon Sir Kenny Dalglish, the youngsters put pen to paper during a special event inside the stadium.

The Academy scholars were joined by their parents and family members for the occasion, and were also presented with special commemorative caps by Sir Kenny to mark their achievement.

A scholarship is a two-year, full-time commitment from player and club combining elite football development with academic education.
