Andy Renshaw is based at Melwood as Liverpool FC's head of physiotherapy.
He is responsible for managing and co-ordinating the first-team and Academy physiotherapy and masseur staff.
Andy started his career by gaining a sports science degree in Sheffield and then began training as a physio at Salford.
He spent time working within both football and rugby before landing a job at Bolton Wanderers in July 2002 as the Academy sports scientist and physiotherapist.
He later progressed to the role of first-team physiotherapist before moving to Anfield.
After initially working with the club's Academy set-up, Andy was appointed as the Reds' head of physiotherapy in the summer of 2016.
He has already completed two BSc Hons degrees, one in Sport and Exercise Science and one in Physiotherapy and also has an MSc degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
