As announced here, Ticket Distribution system will only be available as follows:

Members with 13+ Premier League home credits from season 22/23 can distribute twice a season. This option will not be available to Season Ticket Holders or Official Members with less than 13 credits.

Should the situation arise where a fixture is moved from a weekend to mid-week within 28 days of the game being played, all supporters will be able to use the ticket distribution option for that game.
