How do I release my Season Ticket seat?

By logging in here, selecting the Ticket Exchange option and following the instructions, or alternatively contact us on 0151 264 2500.

You can use this service as many times as you want during the season.

Adult/Junior combined and Disabled/Personal Assistant Season Tickets must be returned as a pair of tickets

How can I check if my Season Ticket seat has been re-sold in the Ticket Exchange?

By logging in here and selecting the Ticket Exchange option.

It’s the day of the game; can I still release my Season Ticket seat?

Yes, you can return your seat, right up until kick-off. So, even if you can't make it to the match at short notice, you may still have the opportunity to receive credits against the cost of your Season Ticket.

What will happen to my Season Ticket Members card if my seat is re-sold?

If successfully re-sold, your Season Ticket Members Card will be deactivated for that match only.

What if I can now attend the game, can I re-book my Season Ticket seat?

You can check online if your ticket has been sold any time before the match. If it has not been sold, you can re-book your ticket by following the instructions.  Your Season Ticket Members Card will then be re-activated for that match.

If your ticket has been sold and you would like to attend the match, you will need to purchase a paper ticket (if available) at full price. Your Season Ticket Members Card will not be re-activated.
