ABOUT THE SCHEME

The Auto Cup Scheme provides season ticket holders and official members the opportunity to secure home tickets for Liverpool FC's season-wide cup campaigns - the European, FA Cup and League Cup competitions.

Once enrolled, seats are automatically allocated, and you will remain in the scheme(s) for as long as the team is involved in the competition(s).  

Season ticket holders are subject to the same qualifying criteria as official members for enrolment, to ensure a fairer process for all supporters.  

Eligibility for Auto Cup Scheme enrolment for season 2022/23 will again be based on home cup games recorded during season 2019/20:

 

European

Supporters who recorded the below European home games will be eligible for European Auto Cup Scheme enrolment:

  • Napoli
  • Salzburg
  • Genk
  • Atletico Madrid

FA Cup

Supporters who recorded the below FA Cup home games will be eligible for FA Cup Auto Cup Scheme enrolment:

  • Shrewsbury Town
  • Everton

League Cup

Supporters who recorded the below League Cup home game will be eligible for League Cup Auto Cup Scheme enrolment:

  • Arsenal

AS A QUALIFYING SEASON TICKET HOLDER, HOW DO I ENROL?

Your options are:

Enrol when you RENEW YOUR SEASON TICKET online

Enrol during ONE of the TWO ADDITIONAL ENROLMENT PERIODS

 

ADDITIONAL ENROLMENT PERIOD – OPTION ONE

This additional enrolment period is strictly for qualifying SEASON TICKET HOLDERS that do not enrol during the season ticket renewal period.

Dates for enrolment will be published soon after the season ticket renewal period has ended.

The main benefits of this enrolment period are: 

1. The option to select a different seat to your usual Premier League seat. 

2. A guaranteed opportunity to select seats with other eligible season ticket holders you’d like to attend the match with.

 

ADDITIONAL ENROLMENT PERIOD – OPTION TWO

The main benefit of this enrolment period is that all qualifying Season Ticket Holders(that have not enrolled) and official members who wish to attend home matches together, will be able to register to enter a ballot for remaining seats within each competition. 

 

Registration periods will be made available soon after the season ticket renewal period has ended for each competition, with supporters able to register together as a group.  Please keep checking here for the date the registration period(s) open.  

Following the registration period, a ballot will then take place for each competition.

NOTE to SEASON TICKET HOLDERS - as we cannot guarantee seats for supporters that register for and enter the ballot, we strongly recommend that you enrol when renewing your season ticket, or during Additional Enrolment Period - OPTION ONE.

 

SUPPORTERS THAT HAVE TO MOVE FROM THEIR PREMIER LEAGUE SEAT DUE TO COMPETITION CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS

Supporters affected will be contacted be email with further information soon after the season ticket renewal period has ended.

A dedicated online seat selection period will be made available for you to select alternative seats.

FAQs

How can I check if I am eligible to join the Auto Cup Scheme for the 2022/23 Season?

Log into My Account and go to the 'History' tab to check your purchase history.

The scheme(s) you are eligible to enrol into will also appear when you renew your season ticket online.

Will I retain any match credits for tickets purchased via the Auto Cup Scheme for Season 2022/23?

Yes, tickets purchased for any home cup match during 2022/23 will be used as credits for future matches.

Do I have to enrol into all competitions?

Qualifying supporters can enrol into one, two or all three competitions. 

Supporters registering for the ballot(s) can also apply for all competitions; however, capacity will vary for each competition, and we cannot guarantee seats for all competitions that you register and enter the ballot for. 

What happens if I enrol into an Auto Cup Scheme and my payment is not authorised for a game?

Once payment runs are complete, you will be sent an email to the email address registered on our system to advise that your payment has been unsuccessful along with details of how to purchase a ticket independently.

Please ensure your email address and mobile telephone number are always up to date so we can contact you with updates.

To update your contact details, please log into your account here.

If your payment fails and you do not purchase a ticket independently, you will be removed from the relevant scheme.

NOT ENROLLING INTO THE SCHEME?

The Club will continue to sell tickets for each match based on specific attendance criteria, subject to availability.

Tickets will not be guaranteed.
