DO I HAVE TO ENROL AT THE SAME PRICE BAND AS MY SEASON TICKET OR MEMBERSHIP? (Adult/Over 65 /Young Adult/Junior)
Just select your chosen price band in the shopping basket when you enrol. You will then be charged the relevant price when Auto Cup Scheme payments are taken.
There will be ongoing regular checks at the turnstiles and supporters are advised to bring along valid photo identification showing date of birth.
CAN I ENROL INTO A SEAT IN THE £9 SECTION FOR CUP GAMES?
No, these seats are only available during the Local General Sales.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR ENROLING DURING THE AEP?
There is a charge of 10 pence per supporter for each Auto Cup Scheme you wish to register for. This is purely so we can capture your credit/debit card details for Auto Cup Scheme payments.
Please note, we only accept Mastercard and Visa for payment.
WHEN ARE AUTO CUP SCHEME PAYMENTS TAKEN?
Payment date will be advertised here.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN TAKEN?
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered on our system to advise that your payment has been successful and the relevant game will appear in your purchase history with a payment reference number.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT DECLINES FOR A GAME?
You will be sent an email and SMS to the contact details registered on our system to advise that your payment has been unsuccessful and details of how to purchase a ticket.
If your payment declines and you do not purchase a ticket, you will be removed from the relevant scheme.
Please ensure your email address and mobile telephone number are up to date at all times so we are able to contact you to advise.
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY PAYMENT CARD DETAILS?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SEASON TICKET SEAT IS REQUIRED FOR UEFA OR OTHER CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS?
We will contact all Season Ticket Holders affected with details of how you can select an alternative seat online.
If you choose not to select your preferred seat online, we will select an alternative seat on your behalf.
You will be able to check the seat we have allocated to you within the ‘Purchase History’ option when you log in to here.
HOW CAN I GET TICKETS IF I DO NOT ENROL INTO THE AUTO CUP SCHEMES?
Subject to availability, any remaining tickets will be made available to other supporters on a priority basis. Supporters will need to refer to the full sales notice which will be advertised here.
AUTO CUP SCHEME TERMS & CONDITIONS
11.1 The Auto Cup Scheme is available to Season Ticket holders when renewing online, over the phone, by post, or in person at the Ticket Office. The Auto Cup Scheme is only valid for Season 2019/20.
11.2 The Auto Cup Scheme is available for all home Domestic and European Cup matches played at Anfield during season 2019/20.
11.3 Supporters enrolled into the European Auto Cup Scheme will remain in the scheme for the duration of all European competitions, including the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League.
11.4 Seats are automatically allocated to scheme members. Season Ticket cards will be activated if your usual Premier League match day seat is available. In the event this is not possible, a paper ticket will be sent to you for the best available alternative. Once you've registered in the Auto Cup Scheme, you'll remain in it for as long as the Club is involved in the competitions you have enlisted for.
11.5 In the event that the seat allocated to you via the Auto Cup Scheme is subsequently required by the organising body or otherwise by the Club, we reserve the right to allocate you the best available alternative seat.
11.6 Due to the scheduling of competition draws, the amounts and/or dates of payments may vary, and in some circumstances the Club will not be able to notify you before payment is taken. However the Club will use reasonable endeavours to notify you prior to payment where possible.
11.7 Where possible the Club will endeavour to allow a short time period for supporters whose payments fail to purchase a seat independently. Where this is not possible, details will be published on the Clubs website.
11.8 Members of the Auto Cup Scheme must advise the Club of any changes relating to their credit/debit card details, mobile number and email address. This includes change to card provider, change to validity dates or change of card numbers. Failure to do so will result in payment failures and the subsequent removal from the Auto Cup Scheme.
11.9 It is the responsibility of the supporter to check before travelling to a home cup match that their payment has been successful and they have a ticket purchased. This can be checked by logging into the ‘my account’ section.
11.10 Withdrawal from the Auto Cup Scheme is subject to a written request being submitted to the Club and will take effect prior to the commencement of the sale to any relevant match after the receipt of such request.
11.11 The Auto Cup Scheme is subject to the Clubs standard refund policy, however, please note tickets returned for a refund will affect the Auto Cup Scheme member's priority and result in removal from the scheme.
11.12 The Club reserves the right to limit the number of Season Ticket holders and Members in the Auto Cup Scheme.
